I chose Lauryn S. at CoVantage. It turns out she was the best at her job and super responsive.
I have been getting overcharged for the last few months on my auto loan and with working over the phone with customer service I keep being told that this will be rectified and it continues to not be. I would highly recommend to get your auto loan elsewhere and if recommended from Bergstrom request a different lender. Not easy to work with and can never get a straight answer.
