I started with a simple phone call in the beginning of August to CoVantage to see what I would have to do to get pre-approved on a house and just closed on my first home in September. Always heard good things about this business through family and friends. After getting denied by 5 different lenders CoVantage CU took a chance on me with my very under par credit along with a bankruptcy on my record. Closed all of my bank accounts at other institutions and now only go through CoVantage.

Lauryn Schmudlach did an amazing job for us, on a loan that was anything but normal. We owned a place in a resort, that we sold to use as our down payment while we fixed our owned home up to put on the market.
