The Covantage team I worked with was thorough and accessible. I purchased property a few states away from my residence and chose Covantage due to their close proximity to the property. All of our communication and doc signing was done through email/UPS and went extremely smooth. They were always available and timely.
CoVantage has truly been painful to work with for my auto loan. Recurring IT issues with payment systems intersects with an aggressive natured staff really makes a customer feel unwelcome and harassed. Something is off with the company culture and it shows in how in bleeds through into simple interactions. Mobile Payment systems fail to confirm payment and loop you back to the splash page.
