I am extremely unhappy with our experience at this dental office. My daughter went in for a consultation only. We expected an evaluation and explanation of any recommended treatment before anything was done. Instead, the dentist performed a procedure without clearly explaining it or getting proper consent. Afterward, they told her, “I’m sorry, but I fixed it, so you have to pay.” This is completely unacceptable. I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the front desk team was friendly and organized. I was checked in quickly and didn’t have to wait long before being brought back. The hygienist was thorough but gentle, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
