My appointment with Liyah was at 8:00 a.m., and after waiting 3 hours with no response to my calls or messages, I finally heard back around 11:00 a.m. that her phone had died and she could do my hair at 12:00, only for her to cancel 10 minutes later, because, “ her clients behind me can’t reschedule “ . made absolutely no sense . Mrs. Yvonne scheduled me an appointment for a loc that came out of my hair I wanted her to reattach it for me. On the day of the appointment I left work and drove 25 mins away from job. I got there and she was no where to be found I then called her which she sent me to the VM so I texted her. So I am an Atlanta client of Yvonne. Yes I travel to tally to have my locs maintain. This woman is phenomenal, sweet with an unreal experience. I was recommended by a friend in college. Yvonne started my locs and even tho I moved to Atalanta. We kept in touch. Highly recommend for all hair services.
