Ken sold my condo in 8 hrs for $10,000 more than the appraisal. When buying my new home I changed my mind on a probate house when he found exactly what I was looking for and my new home was only 2 minutes from my daughter. Ken managed to get back half of my money I had put down to hold the house. I was thrilled as I thought it was lost money. Ken cared and continued to work for me. He is a good and honest man.
