My father passed away unexpectedly, and we were scrambling to find flowers for his service over the week but no one was open. On Monday morning, I came to Couture de Roses first thing in the morning hoping to buy anything that they possibly had already made and available. Turns out all of the funeral flowers were going through them and they were more than willing to help us. They were already done with deliveries today but really helped me out and delivered a bouquet to my daughter at her job who had a bad day at work yesterday. I really appreciate their help and she loved the beautiful flowers.
Great service! They were out of some bath bombs that I had ordered and so I was called by a very friendly woman that explained and apologized for the inventory issue and offer me a better alternative for no additional charge. The flowers were delivered in the window that I requested, and they were absolutely beautiful. Very well done! I will be using your services again.
