We had an oil furnance and it was costing us a crazy amount to heat our house. We asked if they could switch our furnance to gas and they came within that week and had everything installed and ready in one day. They are fast, reliable, fair prices, and great customer service! So thankful we went with Coutts Heating and Cooling and don't have to worry about how much its going to cost to heat our house this winter.
My furnace was making noises, and almost no heat was coming out of the vents. I called Coutts Heating and Cooling, and they arrived on time and had the problem figured out within a few minutes. Zach and Kyle actually drove to Milwaukee to get the part, returned and installed it, and now my furnace running better than it has all winter ! Huge thanks to Coutts, and especially Zach and Kyle, for fixing my furnace so quickly and efficiently!

Big thanks go out to Coutts Heating & Cooling LLC!! Had a bit of a problem with our furnace.. not exactly what you want to happen in February in WI! But made a call and Steve came out and discovered very quickly what was wrong. Also found out something that was going to be a problem in a few weeks. Had both issues cleared up in no time. (Hubs was having fun messing with the broken pieces!) The house is all warm and snuggly again! :)
