Their team of experts arrived quite early on the day of relocation and this made the whole process so smooth and timely. Within a very short time, the packaging and loading were done. Upon reaching my new residence, they carefully offloaded everything from the vehicle and proceeded to arrange them exactly as I wanted. What more could I ask for, seriously? This was my first time hiring movers and it was SO worth it. One of our friends recommended Cousins USA Moving after having a great experience. Our lease ended on a Friday and started on a Saturday which they were able to accommodate .They called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know the expected timing. I was really surprised with how low the quote was provided by Cousins USA Moving. Luckily, they backed up that quote with four amazing movers. The boys arrived on time and packed everything carefully. They worked tirelessly around my house packing everything. It took no time to finish loading everything onto the truck. The delivery was made on time and nothing was missing. I couldn’t find any new scratches on my pieces while they were in their custody. I really got an amazing service from Community Movers at a very low cost.
This is my second move this year and the first time we used the cheapest option and suffered a lot. After a bad experience with our first movers I was very unsure about hiring another company but after speaking extensively with Cousins USA Moving and asking them a number of questions I felt comfortable giving them a try. They really wowed my family and me. The day of the move they were prompt and worked very hard. Our items arrived on time and intact. I couldn’t ask for more.
The sales guy and the moving crew could not have been more professional and could not have done a better job. They were courteous, didn't dawdle, and genuinely took care of our possessions as if they were their own. I highly recommend these guys and almost wish I was moving again soon, so I could enjoy such a positive experience all over again.

Recently we had a complicated move, since it involved downsizing and several stages to the relocation. Half of our belongings were moved into our storage facility, and then the rest to my new apartment. The rep understood my situation and assigned a great team to me. I appreciated that the team was then assigned to our move-in as well, since we were familiar with him and he knew where the boxes should be placed for us. It was such a well organized move by Cousins USA Moving.
All I can say about Cousins USA Moving is that they did a stellar job!!! The foreman and his team were helpful every step of the way. We hadn't moved in 30 years, so we had certain concerns as we downsized from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. The movers were wonderful handling the actual move allaying any of our concerns. I highly recommend Cousins USA Moving to anyone considering a move!!
