I went today for a fundraiser for my sisters. Its was busy yes. But i ordered and waited. I got there around 5:30pm. I waitied until 6:10pm. Let alone my sisters had already been there and ate. They had to order a few things togo and they ordered after me. During waiting for a half hour... everyone before me and after me had already gotten there order and mine was being made after everyone else. Great sandwiches, super fast and fresh. Areas were clean as well as the bathrooms.
Looks like my actual review didn't publish and not typing it all again: long story short: 3 times in a year Ive gone here and got the incorrect sub. So either employees are doing this intentionally or they're extremely incompetent. Either way, eat somewhere else and if you're really craving Cousins- head to a different location. Never again.
I ordered a mushroom Swiss steak, fries , and a soda , everything was super YUMMY! And as far as the politeness, friendliness of staff I have not met nicer people when dining out ANYWHERE ! Very helpful, fast, and efficient and will return in very near future!
Dined in for once at this location and every table was dirty. Four employees none of which seemed to notice the poor condition of the dining area. Fiancé and I received subs and I had to go back and ask for actual slices of tomato because the "slices" they put on were the ends of the tomatoes -anyone using any kind of judgement or care into making the sandwich would have noticed it was unacceptable.
