I made the mistake of getting a steak sub earlier and it sucked really bad....had to be the worst steak sub I ever had, no taste, just not good at all...glad I just got a small....and so much grissle in a small sub it was gross, so gross i didnt eat much of it at all and threw out what was left, those are pieces of gristle on my plate.....wont make the mistake of goin here again.

Maybe you should serve someone who waits for 10 min for their food that is "hot", sitting off to the side (AND make it as ordered/correctly) before the others who had JUST ordered their food....
Service is slower than molasses. No purpose of a drive thru if it's not fast.
Slow slow slowi am stuck in the drive up 45mins so far terrible never again oak creek.
