If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Very disappointing experience at Cousins Subs in West Allis off Greenfield. We placed our order at 6:07 PM and were told it would be ready in about 14 minutes. We didn’t receive our food until 6:47 PM that’s nearly 40 minutes later. During that time, I sat in the car with my child and observed multiple drive-thru customers order and receive their food before us and about 4 cars park ordered food and leave with their food before we even got ours. I literally went into to order my sandwich & asked for specific things on my sandwich for them to give me a whole different sandwich 👎🏾. Then said you can come back & get the sandwich remade like people don’t be busy & have lives . They literally can’t read because my receipt says something different than what I received. It’s tooooo many workers in there for them to messed up badly. I’m literally 20-25 mins aways from this location. NEVER AGAIN. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL .
