Highly recommend! Providing excellent customer service seems to be a lost art. Not at Cousins! They are intentional!! The service is prompt and thorough. They do engravings, keys, and other services. Even if Cousins is not in your city, I drive 30 min to get there, it’s worth it!!
I have supported this business for years. If you need a new key or key fob, I HIGHLY recommend this Cousins.
I got a car key made from him before and eventually lost it so I went back to get more. He has always been honest about what he can and cannot do and charges a great price. My car caused him a bit of trouble but he put in the work to contact the supplier and figure out what was going on. I have two new keys and they work perfectly now.
