How lucky are we to have such a wonderful craftsman available? I brought in very old (and sentimental) sewing scissors that my Mother had used for years, as I have as well. He helped me troubleshoot the screw/nut connection and then sharpened them like the pro that he is. Thank you!!!!
The gentleman was very nice that helped me. He even walked out to the car to make sure everything worked correctly with the key. The prices were fair and the service was good. I'd recommend it to anyone that needs a key to come here.

Highly recommend! Providing excellent customer service seems to be a lost art. Not at Cousins! They are intentional!! The service is prompt and thorough. They do engravings, keys, and other services. Even if Cousins is not in your city, I drive 30 min to get there, it’s worth it!!
