I can not say enough about Cousins Oil . They are like a family to me and have been here to help in every way possible. From the Owners Glen and Pete, to the technicians who know what they are doing and are very clean and professional, to the office manager and staff and how willing they are to help and take the time to make sure I understood every aspect of what was being done. Used to love this company until we discovered we will billed for a part that was never used. Have tried to work this out with them and they refuse to demonstrate adequate customer service. Sheila and Glen both are sneaky and rude representatives of this company who insist they will go behind your back and charge your credit card anyway. Unless you thoroughly enjoy arguing with people and having your money stolen, I highly suggest you find another oil company to do business with.
Best oil company in town. Sheila and Julia in the office are a pleasure to deal with. Pleasant and friendly service... you can tell that they value every individual customer. When I got bids for my new boiler they were within \$100 of the low bidder. I went with Cousins because of the nice way i was treated by the staff and their "customer comes first" attitude. Glen, the Vice President, actually came out and supervised the boiler installation. Good old fashioned service. You cant go wrong with this Company.

They were able to schedule and perform a cleaning of my furnace on a very tight schedule. I also made an appointment to have my tank filled and they were at my house that day! Great job guys, keep it up!
