This is the worst company to buy auto part from they send you damaged items and when you return them they want to charge you a arm and leg to return them pissed customer

Searched for a (hard to find, it ends up) transmission for my 2002 VW Jetta, GLX. Worked with Michele who found one at a great price. Shipped as promised and all was well - until we test drove it. The replacement tranny slipped badly between 2nd and 3rd gears and a bit between 3rd and 4th. Disappointing after a had day doing the swap. money hungry! was next in line to buy a truck but when the sales fell thru for the 1st guy i was never called and found they had reposted it 2weeks later for $8000 more! I called them and they refused to sell to me for original price. this place is why used car dealers have bad reputations.
