This is the worst company to buy auto part from they send you damaged items and when you return them they want to charge you a arm and leg to return them pissed customer

After having an accepted offer of $11,000 on a repairable vehicle several months back. I was told, by Brandon, I would be contacted to complete the sale when the title arrived. After making repeated visits to Weston Wisconsin (2-hour drive from my home) to inspect the vehicle and having Dawn assure me that I was #1 on the list to purchase it, I contacted my daughter to inform her the deal was done and we would have her a reliable car in the next couple of months. Searched for a (hard to find, it ends up) transmission for my 2002 VW Jetta, GLX. Worked with Michele who found one at a great price. Shipped as promised and all was well - until we test drove it. The replacement tranny slipped badly between 2nd and 3rd gears and a bit between 3rd and 4th. Disappointing after a had day doing the swap.
