I've worked with Matthew and Cousin James on a few different properties and have always been treated fairly and professionally. Matthew is extremely responsive and makes working together easy!
Our company has had Cousin James manage our properties for over a year now. We have been very happy with their management services. They have found good tenants for us, their maintenance of the properties has been very good, the rents have been delivered to our bank accounts without flaw. We are very happy to work with Cousin James Mgt, Matt and Beth.
Cousin James Management balances tenant needs with owner needs very well. They are responsive, good partners, with good financial management. They seek to provide solutions to property maintenance instead of just "patching" leaks without fiixing the root cause of problems. Only a tenant for a few months now - but this management company is the best I've worked with. They seem to actually care when you have a concern or need something. Very responsive and can text Property Manager directly and get a quick response. Very happy so far! UPDATE: I am now a tenant for 7 years and feel the same as the above review :) . Appreciate how quick they respond and work with us as tenants. Glad to have found them all those years ago! (We rent a single family home)
I am a new client with Cousin James who recently had a property listed to only have it leased in about two weeks! I am extremely elated! Not only is Matt super responsive and quick to get back with you, I can only sing praises of joy for how efficient, and seamless the process has been. They are A-1 in my book!
