Cleaning staff water damaged my laptop during their cleaning. Talked to the GM of the hotel refused to do anything about the matter and completely dismissed my concerns about the matter. Just giving people a heads up about their concerns and priorities. Wasn't expecting a new laptop just for my electronics not damaged.
Clean large rooms.
We have stayed at this hotel a dozen times with nothing but great experiences. The issue we encountered on this stay was with the manager of this site, “Muhammad “con” Khan”. We were given a $250 smoking fee when nobody in the room smokes. After ignoring my voicemails for a few days, I finally reached the manager. He said there was nothing he could do and I would have to resolve the issue through customer support. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Nice, clean rooms with a bar in the lobby. Nice place to stay if you are in the Wichita area.
Parking sucks because its an extra charge they don't tell you about, but the hotel was clean, fresh, and inviting. Good staff, too.
