We stayed at Courtyard Marriott Wichita old town On August 9, 2026.When we checked in, they told us the card wasn’t working for our room so they gave us a different card which I’m sure was a Mastercard for all the rooms because they were anxious to get it back. Then after spending the night, in the morning, there was no hot water. When we mentioned it at the front desk when we checked out, their comment was oh we should’ve told you last night when you checked in. I really liked the location of this hotel, except that it was downtown and paying $16 a day sucks 😑. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean, the microwave was not working and could not get anyone to fix or switch it out. The hospitality was top knotch, I would like to thank three lovely young ladies for their helpfullness, friendliness, and accommodating me through out this 2 day visit. Great hotel. Wonderful staff! But location is not really family friendly - a lot of bars
Fun overnight stop for us.
Customer service at this hotel was subpar. We chose it for proximity to St Francis hospital as we are from out of town and we were visiting a family member. We made reservations through Priceline, got a room picked out and paid. When we got there late at night after the hospital visit, the room we booked was not available. The front desk didn't offer any help at all because it was booked through Priceline. We ended up getting a room in the lower level.
