Good afternoon. Please let me preempt this by saying I am normally not a complainer. As someone who was a business owner I completely understand things happen. I also want to say this is not my first stay at this Marriott and my reason for booking it again was because of my positive experience I had the first time. Was in town for my son's wedding just down the street at River City Brewing. Perfect location for us, nice big room and comfortable beds. Pleasant staff as well.

Excellent rooms, good location
I had a pleasant stay overall, but I’m subtracting a star due to some customer service issues and the location. The customer service left much to be desired. Both the dining and front desk staff often appeared irritated or uninterested in assisting guests, offering only the bare minimum to get you on your way.
