The staff was amazing the lady in the breakfast room i believe her name was Mercy she was doing it all in the breakfast room keep a smile on her face and was so nice plus a hardworking lady.. you guys have amazing staff
I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. As I’m writing this at 12:00 a.m., I’m sitting in my room listening to what sounds like a full-blown nightclub blasting music nonstop. The walls might as well not exist—the noise is that loud. There has been absolutely no relief or indication that it’s going to stop anytime soon. I stay for the staff... They are all fantastic! This is our third stay this year and each time it's a new rule. Breakfast was included when I booked but then wasn't included when I arrived on my first stay. Breakfast wasn't included but was good on my second stay. This morning, now you pay the same for breakfast as the last two months but have no meat options. You can order it for an extra charge. The lobby honestly smelled like fart and was so bad my wife had to go outside. The credit card machine was broken and you had to manually type in your number. The front desk clerk Clare had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She even tried to say she was the “manager” when we wanted to speak to someone else. After an argument ensued (and being called derogatory names by Clare and me barking back admittedly) and she said we should go stay somewhere else, I asked for a refund which was declined. Zero stars. Worst customer service. Website said pets allowed months prior when we reserved the room. They call the day of stay to let us know that new management does not allow pets. No suggestions of places that do, just we cancelled your reservation. Notified them that their website continues to show that pets are allowed, they lied and said it was updated weeks ago.
