Was denied block rate for a wedding after clearly providing timely info to resolve. Management seemed disinterested in making things right. I’ve never had such a bad customer service experience with Marriott.
We honestly weren’t in our room much at all but the staff was exceptional. Especially Lily at the front desk. We were there for our son’s wedding, the bride and her maids and the groom and his men used the suites to get ready. Naturally several “emergencies” came up and Lily handled each one with a smile and a “sure, we can do that”. Her manager Michael was also super helpful.
