This Is a horrible hotel. As soon as you walk in you smell the front staff. No deodorant. Typical of certain cultures but bad for business in America. The hotel is dirty, old and from what the Resturant said next door (Applebees), this hotel and others around the property were used for section 8 housing after Covid until recently. Decided to give this place another try. I noticed when I checked in the window was open... About 1 am the room filled with a strong weed smell to the point it was difficult to get back to sleep. Check in was unable to add my reward account to reservation.
Don’t do it! I knew I shouldn’t have booked this room again! Booked a room with occupancy of 4, king with a sofa bed. I got to the room and I got half of what I paid for. One bed, no sofa. Maybe they meant one or the other? The front desk didn’t answer and when I finally got a hold of someone, Sarah at the front desk, she would not help. The room was comfortable and clean, but what hotel doesn’t allow outside food in? My boyfriend and I ordered pizza and were told we couldn’t bring food upstairs. I guess this is normal for hotels that don’t have food served on their premises. We ended up having to eat in the car. Also, I wish there was an updated TV in the room as well.
I booked 3 nights here a few months prior to my trip. When I arrived they informed me they called to check if I was still coming the day before my arrival, but they didn’t have my number so they cancelled my reservation. I was stranded with my disabled son and they had no solutions and no concern. I am still waiting for my refund. I’m sure they got someone else to pay more for my room.
