Bed bugs!!! People beware I stay 50+ nights a year traveling and experienced my first bed bug infestation. Management still have not called me back, even after a 3am complaint. Please beware of this hotel.

Pleasant enough stay, but I left some clothes there and got no help trying to get them back They claim to keep Lost items for a month, but either did not keep my clothes, or could not be bothered looking for them Terrible customer service Kept my friend on hold for more than 15 minutes when he tried to help
Very nice place. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Front desk help pleasant and accommodating... especially since we had to wait because couple in front was a bit difficult. Great for a quick escape ... close to 7 Presidents in Long Branch and Monmouth Mall for Shopping. Find Woody's for a great place to Eat near by
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Beautiful, clean room, comfortable bed. The outdoor pool is nice and the little courtyard is so quaint. The service is so so, but overall we had a nice experience.
I just called the Marriott Courtyard Tinton Falls they could not process a reservation b/c it was for a wedding block. The rep who attempted to help be hung up on me(at central reservations). The call needs to be reviewed approximately 8:40 am EST on 6/8. I called back and made a reservation without incident confirm 92972342. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Person lied, repeated same questions, could not understand "Tinton Falls" clearly not computer savvy.
