This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. They have changed managers at least 5 times in the last three years because the manager's hands are tied because they are under pressure to keep any spending minimal by Con Am, the property management company. Their one maintenance person is useless becaiuse he is pretty much limited to simple repais that anyone could attend to such as changing light bulbs and replacing washers in the faucets.
