The Wi-Fi speed is very very bad, I can't meeting with their Wi-Fi.
Making guests pay for paking after already dropping over $200 for a room is ridiculous. Where the hell else are guests supposed to park? Had a second week booked but will be canceling that based on your parking policies alone. PS....THE PARKING LOT IS EMPTY WHEN I CHECKED IN.
Definitely not as advertised. The rooms are very dated. There is a "old/used" smell in the rooms and the hallways. There are definitely nearby hotels that are better and priced the same or slightly higher. Don't stay here if you can help it!!
I was not happy with the service we arrived and was given a room that had no mini fridge and the one glass that was on the sink was dirty there was crumbs on the table. When my husband went to tell them they said well if we take a fridge and take some glasses would that make it better, my husband said we would like a different room this one dont seem clean. I have never seen a staff so disorganized, slow, and uninterested in helping. Convenient location, but I’d rather just commute longer than dealing with the staff. Refuses to accept mistakes, and seem extremely annoyed when you ask for basic info or help. They told me my room would be ready in 2 min multiple times. It took over an hour. I asked to leave a key at the front desk for my wife so she could get in to the room. The night auditor insisted that she would be able to get a key and not deactivate mine.
