Checked in. Went to get ice. Saw a cockroach in the ice room scurry underneath the ice machine. I wanted to leave because I was uncomfortable. The attendant at the front desk did not believe what I was telling her, gave me a hard time when I asked her to cancel my reservation, gave me an even harder time when she realized I had booked with points. This stay left me feeling uncomfortable, upset, and frustrated with the way they treated my problem with their hotel.
Es un lugar bonito pero viejo, en las fotos se ve diferente y es muy lejano a todo.
Great hotel, the stuff was very helpful, the rooms are good and large. The breakfast though can be improved.
