What made my stay outstanding was the service from check in to the bistro. Everyone who I interacted with was top notch.
I REAAAAAALLLLLYYYYYYYY want to know why my room rate was changed to add an additional $50. I selected member rate prepay and the reservation was changed to member rate flexible and charged an additional fee. Why would you change my selection? Is the economy that bad that you are now stealing from your loyal and reward members?! Why are business ethics and morals so low for you? Very pleased with my recent stay! The entire front desk and cafe team were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Celeste was especially welcoming and added a joyful, personable layer to customer service that is hard to find. Will definitely return next time I’m in the RDU!
