Management is fair and respectful of tenants, communications and vehicle instructions are clear, grounds are well kept (especially in autumn!), snow removal is immediate and thorough, work requests are taken seriously and followed through on, efforts are made to build community through organized social interactions at holidays
There have been a few maintance issues with my apartment from the very beginning. However, the friendly office staff and maintance team have been very helpful and prompt in addressing and resolving my issues. I'm please !
