Parking is in the back of the hotel you have to drive into the parking garage walk through a area where anyone could be waiting i didn't see security even though I was told they were there. Had to pay additional $15 @ day for parking. Definitely not handicap friendly.
room very noisy for the AC, young blond lady with piercing at the breakfast service could say “good morning” at least, putting down the mobile phone for a while….
Perfect location because there is a Skywalk to the Theater. Our room wasn't ready, not cleaned, but they changed our room quickly. 10th floor has beautiful view of the river. Prices were a bit high for a late dinner. Staff are friendly and step in to help when mayhem happens.
I’m going to start with the good which was clean bed linens and towels in the bath. Other than that this hotel is nasty. Cigarette smoke filled the 3rd floor all night and morning. Carpets are disgusting and on par with the overall attitude and direction this place is headed. The location might seem good but the street racing at night is a little ridiculous and there’s no sound insulation from the street.
