Great staff and clean rooms
Excelente servicio
Had a great experience in a king suite. Beautifully renovated, service was great, location close to the civic center. The Skywalk was a plus! Will be back.
I had such high expectations as we frequent Marriotts. This was terrible. We are visiting for a graduation and the Skywalk was a plus since it was at the arena. No communication that the Skywalk is locked for now, the pool is down, and they have no clean towels. After traveling across the country, we had to get showers the first night (we only had 2 towels for a 4 person room), the second day housekeeping came, which is fine, but took all the towels. They should ready have 0 stars or negative, because 1 star is too generous. Andrew literally cancelled our reservation at 11:50 pm when we were 10 mins away driving from Chicago. With no help getting a new hotel, so we were stuck for a couple of hours. PLEASE STAY AWAY. GO TO HOLIDAY INN, much better service and they have a bar.
