I hated my stay at the Naples courtyard inn also known as the Naples garden inn I was fighting against a lot roaches The hotel has big problem with roaches cheap showerhead the bath towels were stained this has to be the worst hotel in Naples The owner was rudy and unprofessional-visit I would never come to this hotel again and I do not recommend it
It very nice place with nice beds, pools and layout but I wish the shower heads were up higher though.
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was a very loud fan on the roof that made the room sound like a base was playing. However, when I called and complained the PROBLEM WAS FIXED IMMEDIATELY. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable
