Just got checked in by justice, he greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in very quickly, the hotel staff are top level. 10/10 service.
I cannot rate any of these things because our rooms were cancelled by the sales department. I had several email exchanges of what nights (they messed up the dates), and number of nights (they had us down for three after I specifically said two nights), and then having signed their electronic confirmation that they sent me to have them say they didn't receive it (so I did it again). After all of this, they released my rooms.
We stay here a few times a year. Check in is quick, parking is easy, and rooms are amazing! Everything is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
