The staff are friendly, it's a good location convenient to a lot of restaurants and bars. The elevator buttons are very hard to press, which was not great for someone with arthritis like me. The room was clean, but the shower pressure leaves much to be desired. Adequate for my needs. I think if I was staying for more than one night the inconveniences would be more inconvenient.
This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff, clean atmosphere and rooms. It is close to the freeway for traveling and just far enough out of downtown to be out of the chaos. Also it has great views from the rooms and parking garage. My room with the sofa bed was huge made for a great stay!
Nice property, convenient location. WAS CHARGED FOR IN ROOM BOTTLED WATER when it was left unopened in the exact location in the room where it was on our arrival. I called hotel 3 days after our stay to indicate the erroneous charge and that the water was left in the room, unopened and in same location, and I was told I would be refunded. Kyle Heidelberger the Mgr sent an email apology that same day. A month later still no refund. Had to file dispute with credit card company. SO unprofessional.
