We stayed here for a few days and Alicia Wright and the staff were great!!!! Alicia is the prime example of hospitality
This property should be shut down immediately. It’s an absolute disgrace to the Marriott Courtyard name — filthy, dishonest, and utterly neglected. Charging premium rates for this dump is borderline fraudulent. You’d be far better off sleeping in your car than stepping foot in this so-called hotel. Our one-night stay was a nightmare. We had to switch three rooms because of constant issues — no hot water, broken air conditioning, frozen vents, and rooms that reeked. The staff we interacted with were great. The HVAC in the room was terrible. Couldn't cool down. The free breakfast was basically cereal. The gym was a few weights and treadmills in a closet which isn't maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hallways felt dated and somewhat unkempt, with noticeable dirt buildup along the baseboards. The room itself was mostly clean, though the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but at $178 a night—and with no breakfast included—it felt overpriced for what was offered.
We just returned from our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Family of four, rented two rooms. Room 305 had a bunch of dead bugs on the windowsill, brown marks on the wallpaper in the bathroom, and a shower curtain that was too short. Room 306 had a torn window screen, empty shampoo and body wash bottles, bad caulking around the tub, a toilet that took forever to flush and poor lighting in the room.
