The room isn't great & the lack of vending machines or affordable food makes me want to switch hotels. Thank goodness for the staff & especially Tia. THEY are truly the ones that make up for the mediocre shower, small room & expensive Bistro food. They keep me coming back. A big thumbs down to the ownership but 55 thumbs up to the staff for making me feel at home.
