Kimberly from the bar is the best. She made our trip so much better. It's people like this that would make me stay there again. Izzy was so nice and smiled constantly. We met Arturo in the elevator was also so nice. Roy can make anyone smile. The rooms were great!
My husband and I just stayed and loved this hotel! Very friendly people and exceptional service. We are definitely staying here when we go back.
Amazing vacation! Room was spacious, staff was fabulous from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. The view from the pool was gorgeous. Definitely looking to vacation here again! Thank you for making this trip so memorable!
Loved, loved, loved it here. The hotel, grounds and staff are beyond exceptional. Helpful, friendly and could be the best service we've ever received at a hotel. Special thanks to Kim, Karina, and Izzy. Kim had so many great suggestions for dinner and we could've talked to him for hours. Izzy showed us how to play and win at tiki toss!

A really nice hotel, fresh, clean and perfectly situated by the sea with a beautiful poolarea and bar. I highly recommend staying here before you continue to Key West. We did not get a room with balcony but I can live with that.
