Terrible experience in this location. be aware if you are planning to booking in Hotel. one of their security guard was recording us and when we asked the reason he only said because I want, so when one of my friends was arguing with him then the security guard hit him in the face. the police arrived in a few minutes but nothing happened because it was legal to record to anyone in Florida so in California this is illegal, glad we live in California. next day, we expected an apology from the hotel manager but that never happe... read more

Do not stay here, was kicked out June 28 2024, the same day of check in because of asking to talk to a Manager on getting or finding Cart for our stay for 2 days. I am a disabled veteran and need help with at least a cart and can not carry things because of my conditions including lung cancer, breathing troubles, nervous system problems, bone on bone left knee trouble, over the age of 70 plus years old. At first, working with this company was decent. I hadn’t done housekeeping at a hotel in years. I can say they are definitely underpaid. The manager over housekeeping did not respect my schedule, gave me extra work to when I couldn’t meet the deadline to receive the credits I deserved. Especially doing 16-20 rooms as a part time employee. Things kept going missing in my cart was a huge part of not meeting my deadline. I booked a trip for this location through website back in June, stayed 2 nights Check in checked out was good, and made the payment with my ******** ******* But I used different credit card for hotel expenses during my stay, however hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff, but I realized that 5 months after my trip, management charged me hotel fees for 2 nights again, I called the hotel and asked them why they charged me, their answer was they couldn’t get paid from the website I booked the trip, because of that they wou... read more

I am so disappointed with Marriott Buena Park CA. I booked a room on September 17, 2023, for arrival date of 11/6 and 11/17 to be in Anaheim for a memorial service. I called the Hotel on 10/24/2023 and spoke to a nice lady and told her I wanted to prepay for the room to make check in easier. She never told me it was nonrefundable or that the reservation could not be modified. Unfortunately, today 11/9, the dates were changed to 11/14 and 11/15 for the memorial service. My girlfriend and I stayed in NYC and for a week at the Westin at Times Square and as we were leaving we were offered a 3 night stay for $399 with a $199 deposit and an obligation to attend a 90 minute presentation. First of all, these guys got way too excited in front of me for completing this transaction. Extremely unprofessional and red flag #1. My family and i were in town for a wedding and we decided to stay at the Waterside Marriott hotel in Norfolk Virginia. I have been a Marriott member for several years and have always had good accommodations at their hotels. This trip was the first one that i had with repeat issues and unsolved problems. Marriott Springhill Suites in Lehi by Thanksging Point. No Tv, no Internet. Changed rooms and the same problem. Room was also old, furniture scratched, three pillows all the same and too high fir my neck. Terrible experience. Unable to give reviews about them anywhere, so this is fraud because all the good reviews on their site are fraud.

Don’t waste your money staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at The Keys Collection. The shower handle was barely hanging off of the faucet plumbing making it a struggle to take a shower each day. The TV volume button was defective but if you were willing to push it 100 times you could possibly hear something. The TV also came on each night at 3am by itself for 60 seconds even though no timer was set. The AC failed our last night at 2am and the temperature in the room was unbearably high.
