RecommendedStayed here before going on a 5 day cruise. Room was great, service was great & they allow you to park your car in the back parking lot while cruising. Took Uber to the cruise port. Awesome.
Staff was wonderful. Hot tub was broke, we were so looking forward to that. Room was mostly clean, broken sink and floor was a bit dirty. Nice location
There is construction next door, very loud and dusty. The front desk was not helpful, and no manger on site. We are paying the same as everyone else, but we get stuck with this mess next door. Very disappointing!
Great, convenient location; staff was friendly and helpful; and rooms were huge and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Jacksonville.

One night stay for a concert at the stadium. The front desk women we dealt with were amazingly helpful with concert info. The rooms were great. Would definitely recommend!!
