Can't beat the location next to Frandor, I miss it now living in my new location. I lived here with my boyfriend for three years and we loved the balcony, pretty street view, gym/pool across the street, and the amount of storage space. The cons are the quality of apartments varies depending on where you get. Some are more updated than others. Some people live here 5+ years, and some move out after 1, and I think a lot of it has to do with the quality and look of their appliances. We had a nice, updated kitchen but the person... read more
Blue, the best maintenance guy I have ever seen! Lots of genuine help and caring I have gotten from him. Everyone says hi to him when he appears in the neighborhood. He is always very happy to help residents all the time! A great quality young man !
