First time heregreat hotel. The staff is very polite An helpful.
I booked it for the pool mainly. What a huge disappointment there. The plaster was coming off and floating around in the pool. It was dark and murky. The rest of the hotel was nice but very pricey. $8 for a pint of Ben and jerry's! The management was very nice. I'd book again if they upgraded the pool.

lobby has been remodeled but seems like nothing else. clean, just needs a spruce up.
Overall the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help our large group. I thought it was great to have a Starbucks at the hotel, but for some having common drinks for free would be nice. I can't express enough how helpful the staff was with our silly requests and never complained. We will stay at this hotel again.
I not a complainer but this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had (travel 75% per yr). I was moved to another room after being there for 15 minutes do to an odor. The next room smelled better but I had to go out and purchase a sheet set due to the stains on the sheets. It was roaches in my bathroom, stains on the bathroom walls and something was biting me. I'm disappointed in Marriott because this is their brand and they chose not to remodel to a Courtyard standard before putting their name on the building. They remodel the... read more
