Walls are paper thin, I can hear everything and I mean everything the other patrons are doing in thier rooms. The room i was given smelled like wet dog, pee and mold. I went straight to the check out desk and reported it. The woman did her absolute best to be as unhelpful as possible. She tried to tell me that there was nothing she could do and couldnt switch me to a new room. No apology no any form of decency. She really just went oh well? And expected me to sleep in a room of urine, wet dog and mold.
Staff did not greet us at all when we walked in and was very unfriendly and uninviting. Charged 240 for a night and didn’t even include breakfast or anything.
After a four-day stay at the hotel, I was about an hour down the road when I realized I had left my eyeglasses in my room. I called the front desk, and Amy quickly tracked down housekeeping to locate them. Mary, the Head of Housekeeping, went above and beyond by kindly arranging to have my glasses shipped to me via FedEx. In addition to that exceptional service, my stay was excellent.
