Rooms were just what we needed. Service was awesome. Breakfast was great.!
Stayed overnight on a long road trip. Hotel was clean and everything in working order. Front desk staff was attentive. And as always the bistro staff was amazing. Seems like every courtyard that we stay at & we have a meal at the bistro, I’m always so impressed with how hard-working those bistro staff folks tend to be. This was no different.
My check-in experience was extremely disappointing because of the way I was treated by the older white lady at the front desk, Rebecca. I politely explained multiple times that I had already paid through a third-party booking site and that the payment had been processed. Instead of taking a moment to verify the reservation, she repeatedly insisted that the hotel had not received my payment and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner.
