Stayed because it was close to where I needed to be in the AM. Checked in and was given an accessible room which made showering a bit tricky. There was a LARGE black ant on the floor when I walked into the room which freaked me out. Shower drain had hair and another ant crawled out of that and a toilet paper wrapper? was on floor. Ordered breakfast in AM and after 25 minutes, I had to go. After I left, I was erroneously charged twice. First, we requested & received our points back after the one night stay we had. I appreciate that. I am writing this review to warn other travels. The website says “bistro with full bar.” (It was one of our search criteria for on-site dining since we were exhausted. As we stay at Marriotts frequently we were familiar with the offering.) The poor lady at the “bistro with full bar” was embarrassed to tell me the only wine they had was rose and prosecco. They had one last pour of bourbon for my husband. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this location. While not brand new, the facilities were very clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the breakfast three mornings and the food was hot and we'll presented and prepared. The one major opportunity for improvement was the front desk staff. We were with a large group with over 100 people needing to check out. Front desk staff was friendly. Fridge in room dirty and full of ice. Replacement fridge was the same. The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. I had to clean the gym equipment before using and some of the dumbell sizes were missing. The hot tub is out of order. No complimentary breakfast. There is a food bar to purchase items.
