First detail, I am a Marriott Rewards member, although when booking my wife did not mention my rewards info and we were billed room charges 100% up front. Never heard of such a thing as paying 100% hotel expense at booking (this was not a last minute booking) Second, we arrived and billed for “ incidentals” up front at check in, what kind of policy is that? Hotel is alright. The rooms are pretty clean but the carpet is super dirty and the bathrooms are cleaned really poorly. In my room the ac would barely keep the room cold. Found that the filters probably haven't been clean for months. Condensation from the shower being ran so many times and the textured ceiling had left a green scum that hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long and the track for the door is filthy.
