The staff is very nice. The CnA nurses are way to over worked and miss a lot of things. They don't check the residents when they should. My mother ended up getting worse from being in courtyard. The management is horrible and they don't give you full information when taking your family member home. Please if you have to go to a place like this don't go to courtyard care center.
They were the very best at first, but as soon as my family member needed more as she was totally paralyzed .. They changed. I think they got tired of her as she always needed help, didn't sleep all day. They are called a Care Center but they don't care. Employees there take it as "just a job" .. They don't care about the people there .. I have a lot more to say , not good either ! PM for more info !!!

This is a place, that I really like, clean,friendly and the personal give the best of themselves to the patients, I give a 5 stars
This facility is one if the best care facility and i can vouch for them. They took such great care of my brother although he is at one of their sister company he is on a waiting list to return... Fele Mauga
