Don't be deceived - those are ice crystals shooting from that shower head. Broken boiler, apparently. "We've booked a room at the hotel across the street if you need to take a shower." Pardon me? You don't feel hotel managed at Marriott standard. Kevin at Front desk has attitude problem. Rude and disrespectful to guestss. He doesn't have required training for customer service. Shouldn't be at Front Desk not any guest service.
I would not recommend this hotel if you are light sleeper. There is a lot of noise from the street, and you can hear lots of noise from neighbors (a stomping child above us woke us up at 7:30am). Also the "heated" pool was too cold for use. Location is good (walkable to many things) and staff was very friendly/accommodating, but I wouldn't go here again.
