Mostly fine rooms, stayed a few times here in different rooms. Needing a bit of a refresh but otherwise seems clean and safe. Tight parking lot and is billed to your room. Edit: been here a bunch lately. Shout out to the front desk guy. He's always holding it down and multitasking like I've never seen.

We are having a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott Worcester! A special thank you to Kevin at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely willing to accommodate our requests. Excellent customer service like Kevin’s makes such a difference! Thank you for making us feel so welcome—we truly appreciated it!

Our issues were with the front desk staff. Check in was long in wait time, and very confusing. When we returned from dinner we wanted to purchase bottled water, but the female at the front desk this evening on August 25th was incredibly rude. She stated we should have been given a bottle of water when we checked in, which we were not given, and that there was no water available to give or to sell.
