Really nice friendly staff nice hospitality.
The Marriott is my favorite place to stay in Worcester. I return because of the staff; they are truly excellent. Gina is a bartender par excellence and Rosa a chef without peer. Try the quesadilla and a Negroni! And Kevin behind the front desk is ready to help in any way to make your stay great. Thank you!

This is probably the worst customer service experience that I've had while staying at a Marriott property, and over something so simple. Around 10am on May 31st, I went to the front desk and requested for the towels to be replaced at 12pm for both rooms that I booked. The front desk lady wrote down both rooms and confirmed that this would get done. We then left our dirty towels on the bathroom floor for collection as instructed and left the property.
