Staff was unhelpful and upset that we got a hotel room where the toilet wasn't working. How is that our fault? Made me wait 15 minutes at check-in at 2AM because he had to do an "Audit". It definitely wasn't an audit of room availability because it took him 20 minutes to figure out where to place us after the toilet wasn't working. Would not come back to this location. The staff was not welcoming. The front desk could care less that no parking spots were available and we'd have to park blocks away from the hotel! Stay away! ... read more
It was nice. Safe. Bed was comfy enough but the pillows are to fluffy for me. Very convenient if you are going to the convention center since it's across the street. Sucks they don't offer breakfast but they do for another hotel in their hotel.
Be warned...no security! We were the unfortunate victims of a lobby shooting on 2/15/25 where a bullet missed us by mere feet. There is no mechanism to keep non guests out and the shooter was able to enter more than once without any steps taken by hotel staff. There was apparently a known party in one of the rooms, which is prohibited, yet somehow allowed to happen on that night. Can't event get a cup of coffee in this place before 7, it seems. Shitty powdered cream in the rooms and blocks to walk to get some. Not a great place to stay for work
