I was very disappointed with our stay here. The staff were not very helpful, the view from the rooftop bar is blocked by their sister property Marriott Marquis and here’s the worst part, they charge you $4 for a plastic cup of water. Not bottled water but a cup of water they put on a plastic cup!!! It’s just plain greed. Marriott, do better.
We took the metro from the airport basically straight to the hotel it was a short walk but so worth the proximity. The staff has been absolutely WONDERFUL!!!
