Many positives - spacious room, great bed, lots of storage, nice desk, large window, Elite level includes good breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. Lighting mediocre in bathroom and room A/C noisy and oddly behaved. Overall the property could benefit from a freshening up. One block to major transit station.
Rooms are large but a bit dated/musty smell. Bathtub was very slippery. Housekeeping wasn’t very thorough—we needed to call for body wash one day but staff are friendly. Water refill station in the lobby was very useful. Free continental breakfast for silver members was a nice perk but doesn’t have meat options (eggs, oatmeal, cereal, pastries only). This is a pickup spot for Queen Tour if you’re going to Niagara Falls which was really convenient! Also close to Asian food and T&T supermarket.
