Shaheer ensured I had the room on time and helped me settling in. Eric ensured the breakfast was as per my needs and allergies, ensured I was carrying water while checking out. The staff is caring and welcoming. Loved my stay !!
Whenever I am in the Thousand Oaks area, this is my hotel of choice. I have stayed here a few times and am already planning my next visit. Eric is amazing! Thank you to him and the team for consistently providing top-tier service!
Location was great to go to the beach and have a nice scenic, winding drive. Close to stores (Target). Friendly staff. WiFi went out during our stay but besides that, the bar and food were also yum! My daughter had a blast and was so excited to stay here. Will return again.
