Stayed in late May for business. Brand new with a cute gym and full breakfast in the morning. Located right next to a shopping plaza with lots of options. Would definitely return. Business travel.

Had a horrible drive from Palm Springs to Thousand Oaks, 2 accident, a 2 hour drive turned into 4 1/2 hours. Vish noticed right away I was stressed and he went so out of his way to make the check-in perfect. He was kind, patient and so ready to help. This is what I expect at Marriott, he outdid even that. Special thanks to Vish.
Wonderful facility. Great customer service ! Outstanding people that went out of their way to help us in a tricky situation. Also the pool is fantastic. Rooms were clean and the lobby is open and very nice to chill out in since it has a bar and TVs for sports/news. Walking distance to a great sports bar and a high end steak house. Next to the steak house is a great sushi place!
