Our team stayed here for the tournament. The hotel’s proximity to the venue and restaurants is a great factor. I commend Jessica for her prompt response and great service. She helps us with the booking and made sure everything has been arranged for our stay. Very friendly hotel staff.

Stayed here for one night in a 2 queen bedroom. Bed was very uncomfortable and used to go very down when slept. AC used to turn off automatically after an hour or so and we had to manually turn it on every time. Room was ok. I had purchased breakfast along with the stay thinking that they would serve buffet breakfast but learnt that it is ala carte. Clean and quiet rooms. However, there were stains on the comforter. Although the front desk staff quickly provided a replacement, it still felt a bit awkward. Otherwise, the stay was good.

My husband and I stay at the same Courtyard by Marriott Thousand Oaks Ventura County location whenever we come to visit our family. We’ve been coming here for many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s also a variety of pillow choices in the room. This location is just walking distance from good restaurants: Holdren’s for fine dining, Spumoni for authentic Italian cuisine, Chili’s, a Sushi place, and In-N-Out Burger. We always choose this Courtyard, our “home-away-from-home”.
