Had to come here for my MEPS physical, the staff made us wait around for HOURS to get our rooms. This place tortured me after waiting in MEPS for 8 hours I had to wait for another 3 hours in their lobby for a simple room before I could go out to eat.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I paid $1,000 for a room for a few nights and this place wasn’t giving 1K worth of a stay. Our first room they gave us, key card wasn’t working. We went back down to front desk, they fixed it no problem. I step onto a wet circle of a puddle (I’m wearing white socks) I see a yellow stain on my sock so I go to smell it & it smells strongly of pee. We go back down to front desk. Nice room and pleasant employees. Only issue... Short staffed Friday night when we checked in. 15 people waiting and 1 (very pleasant) young lady at front desk. NOT fair to her.
I was a loyal member of Marriott. The stay is less than optimal - the facility/amenities feel old and kinda dirty. They charge for parking every night, no complimentary breakfast, no water was provided when I checked in as a Marriott member (which most Marriott do). It seems like it’s overpriced for what it is worth
