It was a nice place to stay and the staff was all very friendly.
Great staff and location
The remote doesn’t work. The toilet doesn’t work unless you take the back off. The phone doesn’t work. Bistro is the only food available at the customers expense. Not the property I’m use to seeing with Bonvoy
Over the holidays several of my friends and family members stayed there because it was the closest hotel to my house. They gave me a very deep group discount, the staff was extremely helpful & they have one of the best breakfast I've ever had at this level hotel. I booked suites because my people needed the extra space. Everyone found it to be big enough with a good layout as well as very comfortable & clean.
