Spent three nights in beautiful contemporary room. Swimming pool was basic but filled the need. Patio area is comfortable with tables, chairs and a fire pit. Only issue i had upon my check in at midnight was not told about breakfast served in morning.
This newer hotel is close to RDU and highways. The rooms are clean and best of all dont have carpet. The front desk staff is always professional and friendly. The citrus water in the lobby in the am is a treat. 2 complaints 1) when guests leave their trash/food bags outside of the room in the hall it is not picked up in a timely manner. Someone should make rounds a few times a night. 2) the ability to activate heat is disabled. Maintenance is required which sometimes is not available until the next day.
Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary Crossroads provided an excellent hotel experience with modern accommodations, friendly customer service, and a very convenient location. The hotel had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities that made the stay enjoyable and stress free. Besides the HUGE COCKROACH and Chastity’s RUDE ATTITUDE, the stay was okay. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the cockroach but luckily I was able to move quickly and kill it (picture included)…YUCK, not a good experience on my first night! Matilda and the other staff were quite pleasant but Chastity was needlessly not pleasant…it kind of sucked coming back to the hotel and having to deal with her…it’s not a good feeling when you have to avoid a staff member.
