RecommendedCustomer service is outstanding! They went above and beyond to have wine, chocolates and roses in our room upon arrival for our anniversary. Evan is the best! Also cozy, homey, great atmosphere, close to major attractions and great restaurants.

Our room smelled bad. During one of my numerous bed bug checks I found a dead mouse under one of the beds. The carpet was nasty, torn and worn out spots where carpet no longer existed. Had dead bugs all along the baseboards. Also hair and food along the bed frame and baseboards. I had to clean the toilet and shower. Shower still had hair and shaving cream residue from previous guest. Under toilet lid was urine splatter. Even my kids who never want to clean were asking for Lysol wipes to wipe down everything they would touch.... read more

RecommendedDuring COVID-19 rooms are left unavailable for 3 days before new guests may occupy them. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Contacting the front desk via text is super easy and staff brought ice, and food deliveries up to our room in a timely basis. There is hand lotion available in the lobby and by the elevators. Staff use hand lotion or new gloves when touching or handing items over. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kimpton Alexis is our favorite place to stay each time we’re in Seattle.
