Our stay was okay. We were unhappy that our room was left open all day after housekeeping changed linens. Instead of them using the room card to enter, they used the dead bolt to hold the door open and forgot to release it when they were finished. We spoke with the front desk who advised us to let them know if any of our property was missing and they would initiate a service recovery. I just want to start off by saying that overall the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are very nice and professional. My one chief complaint is with the hotel itself and its location. If you wish to do your laundry here you need quarters. No cash on hand? Okay, maybe go to the ATM? There’s no hotel ATM. They don’t do cash back and the closest gas station is across a very busy part of the highway. So if you don’t have a car, good luck getting to there, cus there’s no safe crosswalk to use.
