I had the WORST hotel experience at the location in Down Town Orlando. First they charged my card $216 for the room then we check in to find out there’s a parking fee of $15 ( which is whatever but really..) So then after we left to go have dinner I look at my account only to find out I was charged another $140 AND another $20 on top of the $216. When I called to figure out what was going on none of the staff could help me and could tell me what these weird charges were for. ESPECIALLY Deb who apparently was the manager. The... read more
