Always clean. Nice place.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. hotel was well maintained & clean & had a gorgeous outdoor patio area with fireplace. we didn't use the fitness center, but looked at it & it was also beautiful, large, with bright windows & nice equipment, looked very clean. Nice pool, only downside was that it was heated & was very cold, making our swim shorter than we wanted. rooms, bathrooms & showers were clean & gorgeous. Very poor experience. We stayed for 6 nights and NOT once did our room get cleaned!!!!! I called house keeping multiple times and one lady said “we have so many rooms.” Uhm ok??? And I pay for yall to at least clean them every other day AT LEAST! I ALWAYS stay at Marriott and this is literally the first time everrrrrr I’ve had a poor experience!!!! This is WILD… I even talked to front desk and no one cleaned our room still! I threw trash and towels outside our room since I guess no one wants to come inside to clean. So weird... read more
