Hotel desk staff is rude, inconsistent with what they will tell you is “hotel policy”, and do not represent what you expect from the Marriot brand. Rooms were clean, dark, and cold. Perfect for sleeping. But you need new staff. Probably the worst Marriot experience due to front desk staff. Shoutout to housekeeping. Room was clean!

Our first impression checking in made us wonder if this was the place to stay the only person who was friendly was the women in the bistro. Overall, I didn't dislike this hotel, but will not be booking a stay here again in the future. When I booked my room, I put on the reservation what time I would be coming in to the hotel, since it had asked for that information. When I first arrived, the employee at the desk, Ashley, told me that my room wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be for another hour, hour and a half. My regular home in CB. Helpful staff and in my experience, quiet, which is critical for me. Spacious rooms and convenient location. Shout out especially to Maggi for being the most friendly and helpful front desk staff!

Very clean and quiet hotel. They have awesome curtains that cover the entire window and no annoying outside lights shine in at night. There was also no light shining under the door, which was nice. If you like a dark, quiet room, you won’t be disappointed. The heat/ac unit was pretty quiet too! The beds even have a mix of soft and firm pillows!
