Someone at this hotel extended my reservation another night and charged my credit card when I wasn’t there and had already checked out. Also untrained staff at check in, lied about upgrade availability and I’m a titanium member. Then he said he could put me in a king room and then I show up to my room and it’s 2 queens and not allergy free as I requested. No follow your email from management just a fraudulent charge for another night on my credit card!
Great place to stay, and excellent location.
