Loved our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the bar lounge in the evening and Starbucks located in the hotel in the morning. Quiet stay and lovely patios.
called to get my folio as wasnt emailed and was informed member number was associated with reservation but tried to explain i had in app and was hung up on. called back and associate hung up multiple times. literally laughable customer service
Hotel was awesome Long drive from Durango California and ran into Rachel at the front desk who made our 4 day stay the best stay we ever had in our whole hotel experience .
I will never stay here again unless this hotel gets a major remodel. Old and every turn I made something was broken or out of service. I had to wait an hour to get my room because they were short staffed. Save yourself and book elsewhere.
Room card could not open exterior door closest to our room. No coffee served in lobby.
