It’s an old fashioned Courtyard in excellent location and even with an inside pool ! But I was so surprised that in the suite with jacuzzi they do not provide slippers and bathrobes … We saw people with bare feet and in swimming suits in elevator !! And also no complimentary water provided… at least one little bottle upon check-in, as other Courtyard do.

My partner booked a night here 2 weekends ago, specifically booking a room with a jetted tub for me. On arrival we’re told that we’ve been “upgraded”…. To a room we didn’t want! Upon realizing we were actually downgraded, as we specifically booked for a tub and only a shower was available. We proceeded to ask for what we booked and paid for and then are told that there’s no tub rooms available! So you lied by saying we were “upgraded” to avoid the truth. We recently visited for a convention, check in was quick,my nephew and wife liked the pool and hot tub,room was clean ,nice view, close to Clifton hill, keg restaurant next door,short walk to the falls

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls for five nights, and unfortunately, two of those nights were really disappointing. On Thursday and Friday night, guests on the 9th floor were extremely loud, almost as if they were having a party, from around 10:30 PM until midnight or 12:30 AM. I couldn’t get any sleep. I reported the issue to the front desk twice, but nothing changed and no effective action was taken. For a hotel like Marriott, I expected much better noise management and customer service.
