Excellent location. Large, clean rooms. Kids had fun at the two pools.
Good place to stay. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.
I booked a $250 room, and the AC was not working in the whole second floor, I could not sleep because of that....the thermostat reached 80°f, I mentioned it to the staff and they just said, they were going to restart the system but no luck. next morning I addressed my complaint, and the only answer that I got was..."I'm sorry, we were aware of that problem related to the hotel renovations".....THING THAT WAS NOT EVEN POSTED WHEN I BOOKED!!!!!
