RecommendedClean, friendly staff and perfect sized amenities. Tammy at the front desk is wonderful. She remembered our names from our last visit. Really made us feel like we were home. My 5 year old loves it here. It’s minutes from everything.
I will NEVER stay at another Marriott Hotel ever again. Long story short, I am missing a Chi Flat Iron Straightener and a bottle of BioSilk ($120 value) after staying at this hotel. The assistant Manager accused me of being a liar, after asking if it was possible that one of the staff members had stolen it. I then opened a case with Marriott Rewards Customer Service, as I am a rewards member. I was told the hotel had 10 days to reach out to me in regards to the missing/ stolen items; they never did. We got in about 630 Wednesday night, drove from Philly to Mount Laurel and the snowstorm and that night on people lost power and all the restaurants in the area closed courtyard stayed open and fed everybody that came in either for the night or from the street...!!
We stayed with my son's soccer team and unfortunately my son left his favorite puppy behind. I called and they had it. Shawn sent the puppy (AKA Olivia) back to us right away along with a care package and a note. He went above and beyond. As a Mom, that means the world to me. Thank you Shawn!!!!
Very nice staff I asked for a quiet room and they placed me in a great spot. Excellent bed great shower. Came in at midnight and they let me have the room at fair cost. Would stay there again
