I made the mistake of booking this hotel primarily because of its proximity to an annual conference I was attending. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is extremely outdated and appeared unclean. What concerned me most, however, was the handling of the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Front desk woman named Damonique (sp?) isn't very nice. I needed a few extra towels in the room and she told me I 'needed to wait my turn'. How rude and unprofessional. I didn't get the towels until 2hrs later. Room was ok. Not the cleanest. Hair in the corners in the bathroom. Pillows could use a good cleaning. Only stayed here bc it was the only hotel that had availability when I was in town on business.

The front desk was very, helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are very tiny and shabby, as well as well as hallways, which smell dirty shoes. Little bathroom sink area. Just not one would expect from an upscale hotel such a Marriott. I would never stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it to anyone.
