Good and clean rooms, the view outside your window can be hit or miss, my view was pebbles while my friend’s view was an outlook of the lake. They have free popcorn in the lobby which is very spacious and nice. The hotel is also connected to a very nice food court with a variety of food options
I booked with this hotel because I'm Marriott platinum and had a work conference. They got over 2' of snow the night before I was supposed to leave and my flight got cancelled. After trying to find a flight for the next 24 hours unsuccessfully I called to cancel my reservation and was told that because of the reservation I couldn't cancel even when I asked to speak to a manager. I had a solid stay at Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the staff provides excellent customer service. Management clearly runs the property efficiently, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and professional. The location is also very convenient—close to the convention center and other popular areas, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. We really enjoyed the suite we had last weekend at the Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown. We were in town for a dance competition at the Baird Center, and the location could not have been more convenient — it’s directly across the street. You can even walk through 3rd Street Market Hall, which is attached to the hotel, making everything very accessible. Breakfast was better than expected and very convenient.
